We learnt to fold our arms!

On Wednesday evening we were practicing bridging the gap between our selves and an attacker from a starting position of folded arms; never know what position you may be in when the need to defend your self arises.

Cham Kui fook sau made for a long bridge technique, applying pressure to our attacker and opening range.

Like so many of our movements folding our arms seems to be habitually biased to one side, left over right or right over left.

It was both interesting a amusing to see how some of us (you know who you are) struggled to fold our arm the other way! In fact some of us had to practice this technique as much as fook sau.

This evening we learn to fold our arms!
