Wing Chun is an efficient and effective Chinese martial art aimed at optimising the natural strength and dynamic fighting potential of the body.
We use five main methods in our practice of Wing Chun: forms, chi sao, lat sao, CST and drills. In addition to this core we practice warm up, flexibility and strength training exercises.

Chi Sau

The Wing Chun we teach is of GM Wan Kam Leung lineage learnt from our instructors Sifu Wai (Benno Westra) and Sifu Ross Sargent. We also enjoy the practice of yoga, chi gung and many other martial arts. We have also trained kung fu from a number of teachers of GM Leung Ting lineage.
