Come along to any class and pay £6.00 on the evening; for those who wish to try training but have irregular shift patterns at work or varying evening schedules (available both before and at end of of six week intro period).
Standard Monthly Options

Come to one class per week; for those who wish to train regularly.
- Double Option - £48.00 /mnth
Come to two classes per week; for those who have really got the bug and want to make a lot of progress.

Monthly options are paid by standing order. Uniform consists of a quality club T-shirt that we supply at wholesale price for £10.
