Adult Kung Fu
Adult Kung Fu classes run in Alresford, Southampton and Winchester. The focus is on technical Practical Wing Chun skills, which are then tested and applied in practical self-defence drills and free fighting.
Classes run Monday - Thursday and are taught by certified Practical Wing Chun instructors who are all practising martial artists. All instructors regularly train with our Practical Wing Chun master Sifu Benno Wai who trains and studies under Grand Master Wan Kam Leung in Hong Kong.
Getting Started
All of our classes are suitable for students of any level of experience and fitness, from beginners to experienced martial artists.
While you don't need anything to get started, it's wise to wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
